Music, Mantra and Guided Meditation with Qi-Rattan

Darbar Festival

Qi-Rattan

Experience a supported journey led by Qi-Rattan. Move beyond mindfulness with sound therapy and a guided meditation for self-healing, and awaken the jewel within.

The session starts with Qigong exercises, which optimises the movement of energy within the body, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Some stretching will be followed by a short breathwork session to come into a balanced state. Mantra and a guided meditation will be next, with music gently introduced as a form of vibrational medicine. You leave this session with your own toolkit for self-practice.

The husband and wife duo Qi-Rattan, Jagdeep Kaur and Amritpal Singh, brings 15 years of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, reiki and sound therapy using crystals. They have produced 4 albums and their recent track ‘Puri Asa’ reached number one on the iTunes World Music Charts.
