Introduction to collaborative methods

When starting a new project, it’s important to bring as many different voices together, but it can be equally hard to focus discussions and prioritise all the different suggestions. How can you make the most of everyone’s ideas whilst still creating concepts that will have the most impact?

During the workshop you will be given a brief introduction to service design, and try out techniques that will help you get the most out of your creative thinking sessions, from team ideation to feature prioritisation.

Mapping qualitative data

So you have an idea that can help address a particular need, what next? This session is all about learning agile research methods to generate insights about the people and teams involved in using and providing a service as well as creating testable prototypes to help evaluate how you meet people’s needs.
