In Conversation: Trevor Paglen and Anthony Downey

Trevor Paglen: From 'Apple' to 'Anomaly'

A photo of the artist Trevor Paglen

To coincide with the new Curve exhibition From 'Apple' to 'Anomaly', artist Trevor Paglen will be in conversation with writer and academic Anthony Downey.

Touching on themes of secrecy, surveillance and state, Paglen’s new installation of some 30,000 photographs invites a critical consideration of how we teach artificial intelligence to 'see' and perceive the world, revealing the powerful, and often hidden, forces at play.
