Imagine experiencing sound for the very first time. Our new immersive exhibition will rearrange what you think sound is.

Feel the Sound includes multi-sensory installations that take you on a journey across locations in the Barbican, from our car parks to the Lakeside Terrace.

Please note that this exhibition features varying sound levels and some narrow spaces to pass through. Some installations also contain shifting light that may affect viewers who are sensitive to light or have photosensitive epilepsy. Please speak to a member of staff for further information.

 

Please note that prams and pushchairs are not permitted inside the exhibition space, and should be left in the designated buggy park.

Booking fees

£1.50 booking fee per online/phone transaction.

No fee when tickets are booked in person.

Booking fees are per transaction and not per ticket. If your booking contains several events the highest booking fee will apply. The booking fee may be reduced on certain events. Members do not pay booking fees.

Wheelchair Access

The exhibition is located on Level G, with an accessible ramp to enter and exit Car Park 5.
