Wind down your day and find balance in your life with a nourishing Yoga class to celebrate the beginning of spring.
The spring equinox, occurring on 20 March, marks the end of winter, the length of the day equating the length of the night. To echo the equinox's theme of balance, instructor Jed Fox will guide you to explore balancing postures and unite opposing parts of yourself. The ideal time for hope and new beginnings, this class will help you move into the new season and reawaken after the long dark nights of winter amongst the surrounding plant life.
After the session, you’ll have time to chat with other Members and enjoy our hidden tropical oasis with a complimentary herbal tea or coffee. It's the perfect class for moving into a higher vibration and creating the optimal environment for healing and joy in your life.
There are 30 spaces available and it's suitable for all experience levels. This event is open to Members and Members' Plus and up to three guests, guests require their own ticket.
The class runs from 6.30-8.30pm, the yoga class will be 6.30-7.45pm, with 45 mins to enjoy the Conservatory to yourself afterwards.
Yoga mats, blocks, straps and blankets are provided. You're welcome to bring anything else that might aid your comfort, such as eye pillows.
