Gently stretch, bend, twist and still your mind in these fun easy-going classes, open to all levels.

A deep release 60 min hatha yoga class designed to relax, de-stress and rejuvenate you at every level. With an easy chilled out feel, these hatha yoga classes will focus on alignment, individual attention and breathing. These classes are slower than a dynamic practice, but still challenging, with more of an emphasis on deep stretches and mindful breathing. The practice is accompanied by live Indian classical music.

Please wear loose clothing and arrive on time. Sanitised yoga mats are provided but bring your own if you prefer.
