DISRUPT Festival 2021
Art, community, and the pandemic.
DISRUPT is a new online arts festival, exploring how the performing arts has supported communities during the pandemic and how a year of change has encouraged radical ways of working.
Let’s not beat around the bush, the last year has been a shocker. Despite everything, we have had to adapt. 2020 was tough, but creatives and communities proved themselves tougher.
With a programme created entirely from open submissions and selected by a panel of 15 community artists, DISRUPT festival will bring together creatives, artists, communities, cultural and community organisations, researchers, charities and schools, harnessing collective learnings from an arduous year to reimagine the role of the arts in our societies.
Tickets are available on a Pay-What-You-Can basis and should be purchased at: disruptfestival.org/buy-tickets
