Guildhall's Chamber Festival continues with music for winds and strings by Johannes Brahms, Maurice Ravel and Charles Martin Loeffler.
Guildhall professors including Levon Chilingirian (violin), Nicholas Daniel (oboe), Philippa Davies (flute) and Matthew Jones (viola) perform in collaboration with Guildhall instrumentalists.
The programme includes Brahms' beautiful Clarinet Quintet, peformed with LSO Principal Clarinettist Andrew Marriner, and Ravel's famous chamber work for solo harp, performed by LSO Principal Harpist Bryn Lewis.
Free pre-concert talk: 7pm, Silk Street Music Hall
A panel discussion including performers from this evening's concert about the works to be performed.
Concert duration: approximately 1 hour 40 minutes (including interval)
