André Anderson is an author, designer, and educator. He has written eight books, mostly focused on the impact creativity has on society. He is a problem solver at B+A, a management consultancy, and has worked with Google, Nando’s, Nike and the Barbican. He is currently building Freedom & Balance, an art college for art college rejects
Paula Varjack
Paula Varjack is an artist working in video, performance and participation. Her work explores identity, community, and making the invisible visible. Her latest show “The Cult of K*NZO” , a playful critique of consumer culture and high fashion is currently touring. She is also in early stages of developing #thebabyquestion with performers Luca Rutherford & Catriona James & dramaturg Maddy Costa, exploring the inevitability of "the baby question" on women, regardless of age. Born in Washington D.C. to a Ghanaian mother and a British father, out of many cities she has lived she considers east London to be "home".
Tayo Odesanya
Tayo is an award winning writer/director from South London whose films explore unconventional stories led by BAME performers that have screened in festivals such as Raindance, Aesthetica and the London Short Film Festival. She also freelances as a runner and has worked on productions such as Transformers: The Last Kingdom, Black Earth Rising and most recently Top Boy season 3.
Bel “Bellatrix” Ehresmann
Bellatrix is a bassist, song writer, singer and former world beatboxing champion. She is also passionate about education. Her musical career has seen her travel the world and perform with an array of artists from Nadia Rose to Angelique Kidjo, The Gyuto Monks of Tibet to Jarvis Cocker, and has culminated in a solo project that draws on her broad experience as a performer and music creator. Bellatrix is interested in challenging norms and encouraging people to explore their own voice and their agency.
