Five years, eight months, twelve days...and counting. That’s how long Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) has been concocting the greatest heist of her storied career.

She knows what it’s going to take—a team of the best in their field, starting with her former partner-in-crime Lou (Cate Blanchett). Together, they recruit a crew of specialists including Mindy Kaling, Awkwafina, Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter. The target is $150 million in diamonds – diamonds that will adorn the neck of world-famous actress Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway), who will be centre stage at the event of the year, The Met Gala.

Their plan appears rock solid, but it will need to be flawless if the team is to get in and get away. Ocean’s 8 also stars Richard Armitage as Claude Becker, Kluger’s unwitting date at the Gala, and James Corden as John Frazier, an insurance investigator trying to put the pieces together.

Gary Ross (Pleasantville) directs from a screenplay he co-wrote with Olivia Milch.

Relaxed screenings are specially tailored for film fans who may be on the autistic spectrum, have Tourette Syndrome, anxiety, sensory difficulties or other learning disabilities.

The cinema environment is tailored to the needs of the audience by having the lights dimmed, though not off, and the volume levels a little lower than usual. Attendees are free to sit in whichever seat they like and can enter and exit the room at any time, with easy access for any wheelchair users. Staff are trained and ready to assist with any help the audience may need during these trips to the cinema at Barbican.

Barbican Cinema 2 & 3 are located on Beech Street, a short walk from the Barbican’s Silk Street entrance. From Silk Street, you’ll see a zebra crossing that will take you across the road to the venue.
