Junior Guildhall presents the Big Gig

Learn to make music as part of an orchestra with this free fun music workshop for people of all ages and abilities

Led by Lincoln Abbotts (Executive Director, Strategic Development at ABRSM) and conducted by Spencer Down (Junior Guildhall), this is a free, fun workshop for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you are just starting out on your musical journey, have been playing or singing regularly since childhood or even just had that old violin gathering dust in the loft for years, this event is for you! If you don’t play an instrument then join the chorus or the percussion section. There is no need to be able to read music.

This is an exciting opportunity to come along and make music with family members and friends with the able assistance of various teaching staff from Junior Guildhall. This is a fantastic opportunity to play in an incredible ensemble of all ages and abilities and to perform what will certainly be a world premiere!
