Deeply rooted in the tradition of Persian classical song, Alireza Ghorbani is one of the most active contemporary singers of Iran

Born in the midst of turbulence in Iran, Ghorbani holds an insatiable curiosity and open-mindedness towards other cultures. Fascinated by the compilation of poetry and music and the insight of Iranian Music Ghorbani is a consistent collaborator, resulting in a body of work that is rich in creativity and incredibly versatile.

His flawless vocals reflect his background in the National Orchestra of Iran where he mastered the rarest techniques in singing. His repertoire includes the radif (non-rhythmic) and the tasnif (rhythmic) techniques.

Forging new horizons for Iranian music, his latest tour has been one of the most successful in Iranian history.
