Discover how to make the Italian dessert of dreams, the tiramisu, at this interactive workshop with Barbican Kitchen's Head Chef.
Members are invited to take part in our interactive Sunday morning food workshop taking place in Barbican Kitchen. Head Chef Francesco will teach you how to make each layer of this timeless dessert. Having been at the Barbican for five years and part of the Benugo family even longer, Francesco has delivered many food workshops and is a talented, informative and engaging instructor.
You'll leave with the know-how, plus anything that you make on the day. Members will also be offered a complimentary pastry and hot drink and the chance to chat with other Members on the morning.
The event runs from 9-10am, before the Kitchen opens to the general public. Arrive from 8.45am to enjoy your complimentary hot drink and pastry before the workshop starts at 9am.
