Francesca Torzo

Architecture on Stage

The sculpture 'San Martino e il povero' (1436), photographed by Francesco Torzo at the Museo Civico di Castelvecchio, Verona.

The Genoa-based architect Francesca Torzo returns to the Barbican with a lecture entitled 'Distant Dialogues'.

'Distant Dialogues' addresses several projects that Torzo's office has developed since the completion of her Mies van der Rohe Award shortlisted Z33 Gallery in Hasselt. The new work includes Bagni Olmo, a coastal restaurant at Varazze and residential developments at Celle Ligure.

The Architecture Foundation, in association with the Barbican, presents Architecture on Stage – a programme of talks by the world's leading architects.
