MVRDV

Architecture on Stage

Roskilde Folk High School

One of the most successful architecture firms in the Netherlands, Rotterdam-based MVRDV join us to discuss their career and achievements.

MVRDV was founded in 1991 by Winy Maas, Jacob van Rijs and Nathalie de Vries, who formerly worked at OMA and Mecanoo. With a multidisciplinary outlook, the firm’s work spans buildings, urban design and research. We are joined by van Rijs and de Vries who will present the recent and ongoing work of the practice, including the folk high school in Roskijlde, Denmark and the mixed-used Werk12 development in Munich.

The Architecture Foundation, in association with the Barbican, presents Architecture on Stage – a programme of talks by the world's leading architects.
