We're joined by the architectural practice Maccreanor Lavington, who are recognised for their rigorous research in masterplanning and the built environment.

Partners Gerard Maccreanor and Richard Lavington of Maccreanor Lavington, who continually engage in discussion and contribute to setting the agenda within the housing sector.

With studios in London & Rotterdam the practice has won several awards, including a RIBA Stirling Prize in 2008 for the Cambridge housing project, Accordia. 

The Architecture Foundation, in association with the Barbican, presents Architecture on Stage – a programme of talks by the world's leading architects.
