Artist and therapist Ramona Galardi takes us into her world exploring Identity, the masks we wear, our environment and journeys into wellbeing.
Ramona uses the arts as a tool for self-exploration, self-questioning leading to transformation and healing. A series of lithographs, screen prints, etchings, mixed media works on paper will be exhibited. She encompasses art as therapy incorporating the written word in some cases.
A select range of her hand-crafted healing jewellery will also be showcased presenting the energetic, talismanic and healing properties of crystals she calls Transformational Jewellery, a wearable art. Her focus is very much on wellbeing and the journeys we take to get there.
She is currently working on a book entitled ‘Through Trauma into Healing’.
Ramona will be giving two talks during the exhibition, both 12.30-1.30pm: on Wednesday 12 June - Art as Therapy; and on Thursday 20 June - The Healing Power of Crystals. Both talks are free to attend.
