LSO Community Choir Concert: Reflections

LSO Discovery

The LSO Community Choir performing with choral director

The LSO Community Choir invites you to an evening of reminiscence, recollection and remembrance at LSO St Luke’s.

Musicians from the Guildhall School accompany the Choir, marking 100 years since the Armistice was declared with Vaughan Williams' Dirge for Two Veterans, a poignant and sorrowful piece written before the outbreak of World War I.

The concert also features Sarah Quartel's beautiful I Remember, and the premiere of a new commission from LSO Panufnik composer Grace-Evangeline Mason.
