Join us for an exciting day of hands-on workshops and creative activities for all the family, celebrating the wonderful world of making and creative play as part of our current exhibitions Francis Upritchard: Wetwang Slack and Modern Couples: Art, Intimacy and the Avant-garde.
Learn new making techniques with clay, felt, paper and pompoms and unlock your creativity with handmade puppets, lively storytelling, and collaborative collages. This is a day for visitors of all ages and will include workshops and participatory activities led by a range of artists including Hunt & Darton, London Dreamtime and Collage Club Ldn.

In Pairs: 11am
Join live artists Hunt & Darton on an absurd obstacle course adventure around Level G. The artists will invite you to work collaboratively as a team to complete the race together!

Join artist Reza Ben Gajra to create your own collage character using clay, fabrics and paper. Using stop-motion, have a go at bringing your puppet to life in a short animated film.

Swap your pencils for scissors to create your own ‘exquisite corpse’ style collage with Collage Club Ldn.

Wetwang Slack Family Storytelling: 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm
Join us at the Curve Gallery for creative and colourful storytelling inspired by the Francis Upritchard: Wetwang Slack exhibition. Using a variety of props, actions and music, help us bring an ancient myth back to life in this interactive session.
Modern Couples Family Tours: 11am, 1pm & 3pm
Free family tours will be available for Modern Couples: Art, Intimacy and the Avant-Garde.
