Nigel Kennedy plays Bach - cancelled

Academy of Ancient Music

Nigel Kennedy playing violin

We regret that this event has had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We’re very sorry for any disappointment caused and a full refund will be issued to all ticket-holders in due course.

Nigel Kennedy, the one-time enfant terrible of classical music may have mellowed into a mature performer, but has lost none of his arresting, edgy style, nor his dazzling technique.

Performing music close to his heart – Bach’s works for violin – Kennedy here also explores the world of period performance, making his debut with AAM and their music director Richard Egarr to take this music back to its essence, its musical roots.
