Icelandic artist Ragnar Kjartansson joins curator Leila Hasham in conversation during his long overdue UK solo exhibition which took place at the Barbican in 2016.

'Ragnar Kjartansson' surveyed the work of the eponymous internationally acclaimed Icelandic artist through live performance, music, film, painting, sculpture and drawing

Clichés and motifs of Western culture, romantic melancholy and even his own conception, provide the personal and often playful subject matter of Ragnar's emotionally charged work.
