Sorry, Baby (15)

Parent & Baby Screening

Eva Victor’s striking debut feature, starring Naomi Ackie, is an emotional comedic drama that dives into trauma, healing, and the unexpected power of friendship.

Something bad happened to Agnes (Eva Victor), but life goes on for everyone else. When a beloved friend on the brink of a major milestone visits, Agnes starts to realize just how stuck she's been, and begins to work through how to move forward.

By combining raw emotional authenticity with sharp-witted humour, Eva Victor has created a thoughtfully-observed testament to the power of friendship and the healing process. With the cast rounded out by the likes of Naomi Ackie and Lucas Hedges, Sorry, Baby heralds the arrival of an exciting new talent in independent film making, and has already earned critical acclaim following screenings at Sundance and Cannes film festivals.
