  • There is step-free access from our main entrance on Silk Street to Auditorium 1, Frobisher Hub, and the Frobisher Rooms on level 4.
  • Frobisher corridor walkways are flat and carpeted. The Frobisher Hub is open plan with ample room. Some Frobisher Rooms will have tables and/or chairs set up for workshops, but with plenty of space for easy manoeuvrability around the room.
  • There is one small Access toilet on the same level, suitable for standard size wheelchairs. Alternative Access toilets can be found on Level 2 (RADAR key) or Level 3. There is a Changing Places toilet located in Cinemas 2 & 3 foyer on Beech Street.
  • We do not have fragrance-free areas for this event, though do encourage people to be mindful of how strong fragrances may adversely affect others.
  • The event is generally relaxed in nature, meaning stimming and tics are welcome, and people can leave the space if they need to.
  • There are 2x spaces in Auditorium 1 for wheelchair users + a companion on the front row. Routes and doorways leading to these allow space for wheelchairs no wider than 75cm.
  • A limited number of step-free seats are also available, along the back row.
