Oppenheimer (15) 35mm + ScreenTalk

Oppenheimer sits in a room full of men wearing 1940s suits

Christopher Nolan directs Cillian Murphy as Robert J. Oppenheimer, the man who invented the atomic bomb, in this special 35mm ScreenTalk event.

We are delighted to host this very special 35mm print screening of Christopher Nolan’s 13-time Academy Award nominated epic – the most nominated film at the ceremony this year. After the screening, we are thrilled to welcome Composer Ludwig Göransson (Black Panther, The Mandalorian), Cinematographer Hoyte Van Hoytema (Dunkirk, Interstellar) and Editor Jennifer Lame (Hereditary, Marriage Story), all freshly Academy Award nominated for their incredible work on this film.

Joining a spectacular canon which includes Tenet, Dunkirk, Interstellar, Inception and The Dark Knight trilogy, Christopher Nolan jumps back to 1945 to bring us this epic thriller. As the Second World War drags on, scientist Robert J. Oppenheimer (Cillian Murphy) finds himself in a different kind of battle as he races against the Nazis to develop the atomic bomb.
