Join us for an exciting day celebrating Leytonstone Loves Film at the Good Shepherd Studios.

Across the day there will be activities, workshops and short films programmed by Leytonstone Loves Film contributors, plus a family-friendly programme run by The Social Cinema.

In the evening you can kick back, relax with some popcorn and enjoy the classic film Bend It Like Beckham by Gurinder Chadha, programmed by Caroline Wilson from UndrLdn and brought to you by Stow Film Lounge.

Catering information:

Good Shepherd Studio's cafe called Back to Ours will be open 11.00 - 16.00 serving tea, coffee, pastries, and toasties.

Papi's Munchies, Leytonstone's local sourdough pizza company have a special deal for anyone that wants to order pizza to the venue between 16.00 - 18.30, where they will give away FREE garlic bread with every order! Further information around ordering will be displayed on the day of the event.

We encourage you to bring your own food along too!

There will be a photographer capturing the event. If you do not want to appear in any photos, please let one of our hosts know at the Welcome Desk who will be able to notify our photographer.

  • Leytonstone Station (Underground): 10 min walk, Central Line
  • Maryland Station (Underground): Then aboard the 257 bus towards Walthamstow Central and alight at Vernon Road (Stop G), and walk 4 mins to the venue.
