The Venice Biennale of Architecture is one of the most important architectural events. This year, with more than half the participants being African, and the British Pavilion being curated by an electric team of designers and curators from the Global Majority, it will symbolise an important shift in the global industry of architecture.
But for lots of aspiring young practitioners, especially from underrepresented backgrounds, they remain an enigma.
In classic HomeGrown+ fashion, there will also be an after-party in the Barbican Conservatory after the talk, featuring the amazing Daytimers DJ, SHIR.IN.

Booking fees
£1.50 booking fee per online/phone transaction.
No fee when tickets are booked in person.
Booking fees are per transaction and not per ticket. If your booking contains several events the highest booking fee will apply. The booking fee may be reduced on certain events. Members do not pay booking fees.
