Guildhall Jazz Orchestra welcomes back special guest, the Grammy Award-winning saxophonist Tim Garland.

Since graduating from Guildhall School, Tim has played with Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Orchestra, led the group Lammas and the Dean Street Underground Orchestra, and formed a 17-year connection with piano legend Chick Corea. He is now known as one of Britain’s foremost composers, fusing jazz with contemporary classical influences.

This performance with Guildhall jazz musicians will include a special arrangement of the title track of Tim’s five-star album Weather Walker, plus his own arrangements of Corea’s classic sixties tunes.
