Visit the world’s most electrifying cabarets, cafés and clubs through modern artwork in the Into The Night: Cabarets & Clubs in Modern Art exhibition, with afterhours access to this landmark exhibition. Spanning the 1880s to the 1960s, Into the Night celebrates the creativity of the spaces in which artists congregated to push the boundaries of artistic expression. 

Join fellow creatives for a night of live Jazz music in the gallery and a variety of performances including – drag, poetry, singing, film and much more. Or explore the Barbican’s hidden jungle, as we learn how to make mocktails in the conservatory or enjoy a drink from the Barbican Bar.

The Art Gallery is located on Level 3 and can be accessed by stairs and lifts from Level G or via the Sculpture Court if coming from outside.
