Tangerine Dream

Quantum of Electronic Evolution

Tangerine Dream are photographed in a dreamy blue filter on what appears to be the upper deck of a small commercial ferry

The influential and ever-evolving electronic group perform a mix of old classics and new compositions.

Arguably one of the most pioneering electronic bands of the past fifty years, Tangerine Dream have had seven Grammy nominations, released more than 150 albums and influenced countless other artists. For this performance they will reference some their most popular tracks from their extensive career as well as playing music from their 2017 album Quantum Gate. The record was based on ideas and musical sketches by founder Edgar Froese (who sadly passed away in 2015), and it was completed by the remaining members Thorsten Quaeschning, Ulrich Schnauss and Hoshiko Yamane.

This performance will begin promptly at the advertised start time and running time will be confirmed closer to the event.

As a guide, please note that events usually finish by 11pm at the latest.
