Goldsmith Street in Norwish, winner of the 2019 RIBA Stirling Prize

Annalie Riches and David Mikhail, winners of the 2019 RIBA Stirling Prize, join us to discuss their practice's work and recent achievements.

Annalie Riches and David Mikhail founded Mikhail Riches in London in 2014, with a focus on improving the quality of UK housing. Current projects include the refurbishment of the Park Hill Estate in Sheffield as well as new housing in Hoxton built as part of Hackney Council’s Housing Supply Programme. The practice’s most recently completed housing scheme, Goldsmith Street in Norwich, has been awarded the 2019 RIBA Stirling Prize and the Neave Brown Award for Housing.
