Assistant Cinema Café Manager

Salary: £31,120 (Inclusive of London Weighting)

The Person

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a dynamic and entertaining Arts Centre? The Barbican Cinema Café are looking for a hands on, talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. If you have a flair for hospitality, leadership skills, and a love for cinema, we want to hear from you!

The Assistant Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Working on an events based rota, you will work closely with the Manager to oversee day-to-day activities, such as managing staff,  selling tickets, preparing and selling food and drink, and above all, contribute to creating a memorable experience for all our guests.
