Julian Siegel Quartet

Part of the Guildhall Jazz Showcase

Julian Siegel Quartet perform as part of the Guildhall Jazz Showcase

The Julian Siegel Quartet combines four distinctive voices to create a group that is becoming one of the most in-demand quartets on the UK jazz scene, performing here in the Guildhall Jazz Showcase.

The music the band plays moves freely through varied sound-worlds and colours, from undercurrents of bop into electro-acoustic trance, from an acoustic quartet playing early-electric Miles to dancing West African drum grooves, searching ballads and joyful melodies. This concert is a chance to hear music from their new album, Vista.

Catch Guildhall student combos perform in the Studio Theatre as part of the Guildhall Jazz Showcase from 1pm.
