Content Warning bring their trademark curation of low-fi DIY vintage adult films to Dirty Weekend, this time with a focus on fashion and fetish.

A deep, dirty dive into ’90s and ’00s magazine-order porn VHS tapes, SHINY offers a glossy glimpse into fetish fashion’s time capsule—Rubber, PVC, Latex, masks and boots. Featuring iconic looks from underground British publishers G&M Fashions (behind Shiny International, Dressing for Pleasure, Rubberist, Leather Obsession and more), it’s a sartorial feast of fetishism, tracing how desire was stitched, zipped and laced into garments of the era. 

Curated by Content Warning (Helena and Harlan Whittingham), dedicated fetishists and porn curators who run the Late Tapes series at the ICA with the UK Fetish Archive, the duo also present contemporary queer, fetish and kink screenings at festivals including Leiden Short Film Festival and London Short Film Festival.
