Tom (Lars Eidinger) is a busy conductor who neglects his aging parents while juggling work and a messy relationship with his ex. Meanwhile, Ellen (Lilith Stangenberg) fumbles through life as she struggles with alcohol, blackouts, and an affair.

Winner of Best Screenplay at the Berlin Film Festival and Best Film at the German Film Awards, The film offers a sharp, witty portrayal of a family unravelling in the face of chaos.
