Outstanding performers from the first year of Guildhall School’s Opera Course present classical and contemporary operatic excerpts.

This Season the Opera Scenes are presented in the setting of Guildhall’s Silk Street Theatre, directed by Martin Lloyd-Evans directs, with musical direction by Ashok Gupta and design by Nate Gibson.

The Silk Street Theatre, Music Hall and Lecture Recital Room are located in the main Guildhall School building on Silk Street and for Barbican produced events the venue can also be accessed from the Barbican if you exit via the doors next to Barbican Kitchen on Level G.
