Julian Cope

Renowned for his stage presence and masterful instrumentation, Cope dives deep into his back catalogue, performing from his critically acclaimed albums Peggy Suicide, Jehovahkill and Autogeddon. Being no stranger to controversy, Cope’s work has spanned literary pursuits, the occult, prophets, and all things alternative.

Known for his previously hedonistic showmanship, the former front man of The Teardrop Explodes was a key figure in rock throughout the mid-90s, and helped shape modern psychedelic inspired music. For his most recent work Drunken Songs, Cope scoured the British Isles for lost stone temples of the first monument builders, incorporating three tours of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland in the process.

Support comes from singer-songwriter Tom Hickox who has gained comparisons to Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits and Randy Newman.
