Writing Ecologies: Reading Performance

Writing Ecologies

Image of our conservatory

Our series of workshops in the Conservatory culminates in a special literary event which will see the creation of new pieces of literature on ecology, written surrounded by nature.

This event brings together established authors and local writers to present new pieces developed throughout the series. Guests will experience live readings in the lush setting of the Conservatory, where writing meets the natural environment it celebrates.

The showcase reflects themes of interdependence, activism, and healing, running in parallel with COP25 and our Dystopia is Not the Future season.

Whether you are a writer, nature lover, or literary enthusiast, this event is an opportunity to witness the power of words rooted in humanity's connection to the natural world. Become a part of this community of writers exploring nature and climate through creativity and shared voices.
