NYT bestselling author Samin Nosrat invites you to celebrate Good Things, her long-awaited follow-up to Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat, filled with recipes and rituals to share with loved ones.
With her deep knowledge and joy for cooking, Samin Nosrat has become a trusted kitchen companion to millions through her warm, human approach.
Sharing stories from her early days hosting meals at her coffee table to learning from culinary and literary legends like Robert Hass and Michael Pollan, she’ll reflect on the inspirations behind her cookbook, the recipes she loves most, and the rituals that shape her cooking—like her weekly “found family” dinners.
In a night centred on creativity and connection, Samin will show how food can nourish both body and soul. She’ll offer practical wisdom and answer your top culinary questions—like how to balance flavors without a recipe or why homemade pasta is worth it.
Expect to leave inspired to cook with love and build community around the table.
