Touching Bass Presents: Halima & Illnoledge

Halima

Experience the synergy of this electrifying double bill, where club bangers drenched in honeyed Afro-pop and scorched R&B meet hypnotic rhythms that blend afrobeat, jazz, and reggae.

As part of our ongoing collaboration with Touching Bass, Halima performs songs from her debut album, SWEET TOOTH. A mantra for reclaiming softness without surrendering strength, ‘The album is about the journey to reclaim oneself amidst the chaos of life’ Halima. Illnoledge debuts their highly anticipated album Everlasting, an ode to nature, the cosmos and the legacy of our ancestors, acknowledging that the inspiration that we channel from these sources is everlasting.

UK/Nigerian artist Halima's distinct sonic world has earned her live sessions at the legendary Maida Vale Studios for Radio 1 and The Vinyl Factory's Reverb exhibition. Illnoledge has performed at major venues and festivals including Paradis, Zinnema and Super Sonic Jazz festival. Touching Bass is the South London-based musical movement/curatorial platform and record label.

This performance may contain haze and strobe.
