Bring your best moves, loosen those hips and get a taste for Cuban Salsa at this beginner friendly workshop led by Rueda Libre.

Laugh, connect and learn the basics of Cuban Salsa, including footwork and timing, at this fun and vibrant workshop. Everyone is welcome to join in, enjoy the music and shake what your mama gave ya! 

Rueda Libre classes are filled with a mix of history, culture and laughs. Led by the fiery duo, Crown and Jessie, every class is fun and joyous. They'll break down each move and help you to execute it with precision, helping you to respond to the music, the crowd, and the energy in the room with confidence.

Age guidance: 10+

Event information:
Participants should wear comfortable clothing or gymwear with trainers. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome, but please be aware that this workshop may not be appropriate for those that struggle with being on their feet for long periods of time, as the steps and movements of Salsa rely heavily on footwork and whole-body movement.
