Public Service Broadcasting

with the London Contemporary Orchestra

Members of Public Service Broadcasting

Experience Public Service Broadcasting live in a unique collaboration with the London Contemporary Orchestra, blending archive, electronics and orchestral power in a boundary-pushing performance.

For over a decade, Public Service Broadcasting have turned historical archives into thrilling soundscapes. 2013’s debut album Inform-Educate-Entertain used archival samples from the BFI as audio-portals to the Battle Of Britain, the summit of Everest and beyond. 2015's The Race For Space used similar methods depicting the superpowers’ rivalry in space. In 2017, they were joined by voices including Manic Street Preachers’ James Dean Bradfield for Every Valley.

This time, PSB are joined by a 20-piece string section from the London Contemporary Orchestra, for a unique collaboration. Performing The Last Flight (and more), inspired by the final voyage of America’s pioneering female 'aviatrix' Amelia Earhart, this unique concert merges past, present and future in sound.
