Hiromi’s Sonicwonder

Part of EFG London Jazz Festival

Hiromi on the piano

Virtuosic jazz pianist Hiromi brings her electrifying Sonicwonder quartet to the stage, delivering a high-energy fusion of jazz, funk, and classical brilliance.

Renowned for her dazzling technique and boundless energy, Hiromi has captivated audiences worldwide for over two decades. A Grammy-winning pianist and composer, she has performed on global stages, from an NPR Tiny Desk Concert with millions of views to the Tokyo Olympics. Her latest project, Sonicwonder, showcases her signature fusion of jazz-rock, classical virtuosity, and pop-infused grooves.

Prepare for a breathtaking live experience as Hiromi’s Sonicwonder—featuring bassist Hadrien Feraud, drummer Gene Coye, and trumpeter Adam O’Farrill—unleashes their electrifying sound. From hypnotic funk to intricate jazz improvisations, their performances are as exhilarating as they are musically profound. As The Guardian notes, Sonicwonderland captures “the closest thing to Hiromi’s onstage exuberance.”
