Wild Alchemy Lab – Shared Horizons Workshop

Fertile Ground

Image of Jemma Foster sat amongst plants and flowers.

Join us for a guided visualisation through a biotherapeutic soundscape followed by a discussion and response session that investigates our relationship to ecological consciousness.

Embody deep listening and consider the intimate entanglements between human and more-than-human worlds at this workshop led by Wild Alchemy Lab.

Originally created for the 15th Bienal de la Habana, Shared Horizons is a deck of 36 cards that invite a sensory approach to investigating humanity's relationship to ecological consciousness.

We'll explore embodied listening and how we might incorporate voices beyond our own into our personal and societal ecosystems. Following a guided visualisation accompanied by interspecies soundscapes, we'll use the cards as prompts for discussing our relationship to our environment and more-than-human partners. To end, we'll write messages to our future ancestors on wildflower seed paper to be buried.

Wild Alchemy Lab is a creative studio and publishing house exploring ecology and esoterica at the intersection of art, technology and consciousness research.
