Find your flow before a screening of Flow, the Oscar-winning animation that follows a ragtag group of animals after their home is destroyed by a flood.
For the last Family Film Club before our summer break, we’re delighted to be hosting another screening of Gints Zilbalodis’ heart-warming story of animals setting out on their own in a post-apocalyptic world. This charming film is a lovely start in international cinema for young film fans and will have them talking long after leaving the cinema.
+ Pre-Film Family Yoga Session 9.45 – 10.30am (free to Flow ticket holders)
Head to the Barbican’s Sculpture Court on Level 3 at 9.45am for a fantastic outdoor family session with Jess from Follow the Rainbow Yoga. We’ll be using our bodies to get creative and playful – expect a class full of fun, yoga poses and imagination! So why not come find your flow before our screening of Flow?! The film screening will follow at 11am in Cinema 2.

In the event of wet weather/high winds, we will contact bookers via email before the event to let you know where our alternative venue will be that morning.
