Sacred Sound Bath with San Lau

Darbar Festival

Image of San Lau next a gong

Flow into Inner Peace. Experience the profound healing power of an immersive sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, and percussion, creating an environment for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Sound baths are an ancient technique that promotes wellbeing through vibrations, harmonising with our body’s natural rhythm. The session begins with a guided meditation to ease you into a sound journey, sinking you into your consciousness. The vibrations of the gongs and other instruments help promote relaxation, creativity, and natural healing by accessing deep Delta brainwave states, typically reached during daydreaming or deep sleep.

San Lau, an experienced sound healing practitioner, uses gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and voice in her sessions. Since 2016, she has created Toroidal Stargate Activation, quantum healing modality that enhances well-being through photonic light.

Please note, gong baths are not recommended for individuals with tinnitus, pacemakers, pregnancy, epilepsy, or severe mental health disorders.

Please arrive 15 minute early to find your way to the correct Frobisher Rooms, register and be seated.
