Jessam Al-Jawad and Dean Pike join us to discuss their architecture practice and their 2024 Stirling Prize-shortlisted Chowdhury Walk, a terrace of affordable social rent homes in Hackney.
Jessam Al-Jawad and Dean Pike formed their London-based practice in 2014, having previously worked together at David Chipperfield Architects. Chowdhury Walk, the firm's scheme for a terrace of affordable social rent homes in the London borough of Hackney, was shortlisted for the 2024 Stirling Prize and is featured in the new Architecture Foundation publication, At Home in London: The Mews House.
