Meet the Maker: Goff Courtney + Shopping Event
Join us in the Barbican shop to browse one of a kind pieces and meet the creative force behind fashion label Goff Courtney. Tickets are free and include a glass of wine.
Goff Courtney is a local City-based label established by a City of London resident. The atelier is based near Leadenhall Market, working with seamsters in Spitalfields.
Established on the belief that clothes can have more than one life, Yvonne Goff Courtney creates new pieces out of existing garments, creating age, size and gender-free pieces that are versatile, timeless and seasonless. Goff Courtney celebrates British style, eccentricity and individuality in all its guises; working with tweeds and tartans, pinstripes and collegiate stripes, needlepoints, metallics, quilting and ruffles.
The Barbican shop has a fantastic selection of gifts, homewares, books and accessories. Your ticket gives you 10% off purchases* in store, or 20% off purchases* if you are a member.
The shop will be open to ticket holders only from 6pm to 9pm.
*exclusions apply to certain products, including on Goff Courtney pieces
