The Magician’s Elephant (PG) + Pre Film Workshop

Family Film Club

Still from The Magician's Elephant

A magician conjures an elephant from the sky, setting off a chain of events so remarkable, so impossible, that it changes life in this quiet and lonely town forever.

Based on the gorgeous book by bestselling children’s author, Kate DiCamillo, this beautifully animated fantasy, follows a young boy as he accepts the king’s challenge to perform three impossible tasks in exchange for a magical elephant.

With the voice talent of Noah Jupe, Miranda Richardson, Mandy Pantinkin, Brian Tyree Henry and Benedict Wong this wonderful new film from director Wendy Rogers is a sure fire delight.

+ Come along at 10am and get creative in the Cinema Café for a FREE pre-film workshop activity, led by a professional artist and inspired by today’s screening.
