The Italian-German producer, label-owner, multi-instrumentalist and DJ, David August brings us a kinetic audiovisual live experience following the release of his latest album, VĪS.

A prolific emerging voice in electronic music, August gained global acclaim in the early 2010s. Establishing his label 99CHANTS in 2018, it offered the opportunity to work with esteemed artists like Lena Platonos, KMRU and more. What followed was a sophisticated honing of style and artistic language.

When the world halted in 2020, August questioned the role of music and art. Developing his craft more holistically, he will now brings to stage his new vision with choreographer Franka Marlene Foth and scenographer MFO.

Having worked with Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin and remixed artists such as Max Cooper, August has appeared at The Roundhouse among many others.
