Too Much Source: Rest Assured 2022

Founded and curated by BBC Radio 1XTRA broadcaster, Swarzy Macaly, Too Much Source is an annual exhibition with live events dedicated to celebrating Black British creatives who are making history today. October 2022 marks the 5th anniversary of Too Much Source and Swarzy has joined forces with the Barbican and BBC Radio 1XTRA to host a series of panel events in the lead up to the launch of her exhibition, Rest Assured in 2022. Her gallery celebrates the importance of ‘rest’ and the joy it brings, as well as shines a light on 10 Black British creatives across radio and music, business and finance, sport and wellbeing, art and literature, as well as faith and community.
